Colorado Adventures
 The Arkansas River Bluegrass Marathon and Half Marathon - The second annual Arkansas River Bluegrass Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 7:00am. The race will feature a scenic, USATF certified course consisting of a 13.1 mile loop on county roads surrounding Salida. Live bluegrass music, beer and food will be available to all participants and spectators following the race at Riverside Park in downtown Salida.
Lost Canyon Zipline Adventure - Flying through the air on a zipline at 40 miles per hour with a pulley harnessed to a steel cable is a pure adrenaline rush, and the most exciting new extreme sport on the planet. Experience the rush and listen to the cable sing as we guide you over 2000 feet on 6 different zip line cables, some over 150 feet above the canyon floor. Our longest cable stretches over 450 feet down into the canyon.

Hot Springs Pool - The Salida Hot Springs is a year-round
facility offering aquatic recreation and relaxation in natural,
hot, mineral water.
Collected underground and piped 5 miles from the source high in
the majestic Rocky Mountains, this sparkling clear and odorless
water was originally enjoyed by the Ute Indians.

Princeton Hot Springs Resort you will find a "dream

in excess of 14,000 feet will surround you. Hot springs that are
135 degrees at the surface will melt away your cares. Dine on gourmet
